Word of Day - Doubt

Mind- Stop Doubting yourself!

Body - 1 mile walk/run/jog ( See the trend; 38 miles over 38 days! I want to encourage you to add lots of water; drink at minimum 38 ounces of water! If you really about this life DOUBLE THAT! Push it to the limit today , you always do 30 min of Cardio push it to an hour today . You limit yourself to 100 squats do an extra set , push it to the limit!

Doubt can paralyze you and your goals! For example, when I first started running I would go to the gym sometimes and immediately set in my mind that I would not be able to run longer than 30 minutes on a treadmill consistently because I don't like it and I didn't believe I would be able to last any longer than that at the speed my old trainer conditioned me to run at. I had convinced myself that my cap for running was 30 minutes and you weren't getting longer than a 5k from me period. Now afterwards we can do some weights and strength training etc but there will be no more running..... see my thoughts about it started to dictate my performance and as a result of my doubt or uncertainty in my ability to go beyond I would simply always stop at 30 min. Until one day without notice I went for 45 minutes or so. It was at that moment I realized I was a lot more capable than I gave myself credit. In some area of life that is probably your story too..... you go as long as you are comfortable and feel secure in your abilities but anything that causes you the slightest amount of discomfort you put a cap on yourself. You don't try , you shy away and essentially you LIMIT yourself. Don't let doubt stop you from meeting your goals and aiming higher! You can do it , I know you can , You know you can. Step out!
