I know you're GROWN and when you hear words like Obedience it may trigger some childlike responses or behaviors. When you were young you heard things like " If you behave, If you go in here and don't touch a thing we'll get XYZ afterwards and the list goes on. Against your urges to act out , not listen etc. some of us (not all) stayed the course and our Obedience ended in reward in most cases.
Can we be honest for a few seconds, and agree that OBEDIENCE has also been the key that unlocked many of the open doors you are now experiencing as an adult. You may not have always wanted to do it or even felt like you had the strength and willpower to do what you were told but by doing it you found yourself rewarded with more opportunities, promotions, access and resources . Simply because you decided to walk in Obedience.
I challenge you this week to stop focusing so much on the sacrifice and tend to the Obedience. It's the difference maker. Listen to the small still voice , partner with it and Do what you are told!
I cut up, I mean like have fun , be at war with self and sometimes have no interest in doing what I am told. ( Hard Truth) and I don't always like the assignment but I do all things in Obedience.

Obedience is a state of mind.
What area of your life has been a slippery slope due to your lack of obedience? Are you ready to surrender your day , your plans , your next move in a way that will unlock the doors to your next level? If your answer is YES..... Choose the Obedience route, Don't hate your assignment and watch your life change for the better.
